Who Is Monsour Builders?
Monsour Builders was founded in 2010 by Joe and Dave Monsour. Joe Monsour began as a local home builder in the 1970’s. He then owned a restaurant called Jojo’s Family Restaurant in Queensbury, but got back into the construction industry in 2003.
Joe started teaching his son Dave how to build homes in 2005 when he built his first new construction home in Gansevoort. They both went on to continue building their own projects (see current Monsour Homes currently for sale) until teaming up in 2010. It was then Monsour Builders began to grow into the successful home building business it is today.
The Monsour Home Builders philosophy is to work hand in hand with their valued customers to build quality, well-built homes. They use the finest products in the industry along with experienced, trusted local subcontractors.

Angela Cugini has been a full-time realtor since 2001, working throughout Queensbury, Saratoga Springs, Glens Falls, and the surrounding areas. Currently, Angela lives in Glens Falls with her husband (a Glens Falls Fireman) and three children.
For the past 17+ years, Angela has consecutively been the #1 in sales, specializing in new construction, luxury homes, relocation, and marketing & advertising design.
When Angela is not working on behalf of her clients, she is a volunteer for Junior Achievement, Little League, and help to fundraise for my children’s school. Other spare time is spent at her children’s sporting events or around horses.
